The BPD is 8.6 cms. equivalent to 34 and 5 days.
The FL is 6.8 cms.equivalent to 35 weeks and 0 day.
The FD is 10.8 cms. equivalent to 33 weeks and 6 days.
The HC is 30.4 cms. equivalent to 34 weeks and 0 day.
The Ac is 29.8 cms. equivalent to 34 weeks and 0 day.
EDD: December 9, 2009.
Fetal back is to the left.
Estimated Fetal weight approximately 2,439 gms. as of today.
There is good fetal somatic activity noted. fetal cardiac activity is strong with a fetal heartbeat of 150.0 beats per minute.
No abnormality is demonstrated in the parts of the fetus.
The cranium is symmetrical with the midline falx noted. No evidence of hydrocephalus nor free fluid is seen.
The thorasis and abdominal regions appear normal also.
The heart shows four normal chambers. Normal echogenicity of the lungs is noted.
The stomach and urniary bladder contain some fluid suggesive of a patent esophagus and functioning kidneys, respectively. The kidneys, liver, intestinal loops are unremarkable. No evidence of ascites nor pleural effusion is seen.
The bones are normally assified and the extremities are unremarkable likewise.
The placenta is at the fundus, posterior and shows a normal echo pattern.
There is no evidence of previa nor hemorrhage noted. Normal thickness is Amniotc fluid volume measurement is 114.0 cms.

Is there something wrong?? The composite age is 34 weeks and 2 days which means my baby is still 8 months old but base on my LMP, the expected delivery is November 04, 2009. I am really confused!!
