I stumbled upon BestGore.Com and saw an entry about “Top 15 Most Violent Serial Killers“. I read it all and one of the serial killers caught my attention, it was Erzsébet Báthory. I researched about her and I found some interesting facts about her.

Erzsébet Báthory is a Huangarian countess. She was well-educated, a very intelligent woman that she even surpassed some men. During her time, most Hungarians are illiterate but Elizabeth is different, she fluently spoke fluent Hungarian, Latin and German. She is Exceptional!

According to the Wiki, In the modern times, she was known to be the most prolific female serial killer in history. She is also remembered as the “Blood Countess” or “Blood Queen”. She killed almost 700 victims though 80 of it were only though the number for which they were convicted was 80. There were also writings about her bathing in the blood of the virgin girls to improve her complexion and maintain her youthful appearance.

The said victims were tortured, severe beatings over extended periods of time, often leading to death, burning or mutilation of hands, sometimes also of faces and genitalia, iting the flesh off the faces, arms and other bodily parts, surgery on victims, often fatal, sexual abuse, starving to death, freezing the victims until they die. There were also mentioned that she used needles and pin it under the fingernails of her victim >.<

After 4 years of house arrest, she died but she is still remembered as the most cruelest individuals from history.
